Niamh and Chloe have worked together in the survivor and healthy relationship space since 2020. They co-founded a student-based organisation offering consent and active bystander training for young people, campaigning to make spaces safer for students and providing support for young survivors.

They draw on their professional experiences across the Sexual Violence Support Sector, Survivor Activist spaces and Social Care.

In 2026, they founded ConsentED to support parents, carers and families to feel more empowered speaking to their young people about consent, sexual violence and healthy relationships. Niamh and Chloe identified the need for this training haven spoken to parents who felt unequipped having these conversations with their young people. Whilst young people are often receiving this education at school or through other services, ConsentED wants to ensure that these vital conversations continue at home to promote healthy relationships.
